Assembly and Testing of High-Tech Valves and Check Valves
FCE ensures the assembly of parts after design, machining, and/or maintenance.
Rigorous testing is essential.
All devices assembled by FCE are tested on specific test benches ensuring conformity and reliability before delivery.
Our tests are carried out according to the standards in force and the customer’s specifications.
The tests are performed in our workshops and include:
- Gas test (nitrogen, helium, air ...): max. 600 bars
- Low temperature gas test: -196°C (liquid nitrogen)
- High temperature test: 550°C
- Water test: max. 450 bars
- Oil test: max. 250 bars
